Time fillers are a versatile and standout solution for filling container sizes from 4 ounce to 6 quart. Sometimes referred to as pressure filling, time fillers cycle continuously in an exact repeatable sequence. The fill valve open time varies with the cycle speed, allowing operators to adjust the cycle speed to match the output of product supply.

T.D. Sawvel has designed reliability and flexibility into its new Model 111R compact rotary filler. The 111R denests, fills, seals and lids containers from 3 to 32oz at speeds up to 70 containers per minute. The 24″ square main frame houses a Camco® precision indexer with variable speed ac inverter driver and features mechanical operation for the container “discharge lift” and “sweep off” ensuring smooth, reliable operation at all speeds. Easily convert the machine from one size container to another with change parts for plastic or paper packaging.

Choice of Fill Systems:

Time Fill, Volumetric Piston Fill or Volumetric Dry Ingredient Fill – allow the 111R.

Products:

Ice cream, whipped butter, frozen yogurt, cottage cheese, salads, small hard candies or any products that can be supplied continuously, but filled intermittently.
