Polo & Versa Line

The new Polo and Versa-line has been melted into one machine with the best from both worlds. This means that there is a choice of preferred refrigeration system, and everything else is standard equipment. All the best options has been picked from the well-known RIA lines and combined with the unique options for the in-line molding machines, this gives a truly world class in-line molding machine. Performance, reliability and production flexibility is increased with the filler and extractor solutions from high capacity RIA lines and the new advanced controls. We offer three different sizes of Polo, 8, 12 and 14 with the possibility of 8 – 24 rows, depending of model.

Capacity:

The capacity varies depending on the model of Polo line. Polo line ranges between 12.000 – 36.000 products pr hour.

Production speed up to 25 strokes/minute. Capacities are subject to product volume and shape, type of filling and brine temperature.
